3. What Happens After We Receive a Notice

  • We will review your notice within a reasonable time.
  • If the notice is valid, we will remove or disable access to the material.
  • We may forward a copy of the notice (with your contact details) to the person who provided the material.
  • We will notify the affected party that the material has been removed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to the email above containing:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the removed material and where it appeared before removal.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district where we may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not notify us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement, we may restore the material within 10 to 14 business days.

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will suspend or terminate access for users or contributors who repeatedly infringe the copyrights of others.

6. Images, Pinterest, and Third-Party Content

Some images on the Site may be licensed stock photos, contributor submissions, or content shared through third-party platforms such as Pinterest. If you believe an image was used without proper permission or credit, contact us with the details in Section 2 and we will act promptly, including by crediting, replacing, or removing the image where appropriate.
